Individuals: $199/First Month and then $99/Month for the remainder of the service term.
Couples: $249/First Month and then $149/Month for the remainder of the service term.
Clients are also responsible to establish and maintain a Credit Monitoring account with Credit Hero Score. This system integrates directly into our software and provides us updates on credit score improvement. Monthly fees as low as $20/Month
**Charges will be billed each month when work has been completed in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).**

- Initial credit education.
- Importing and evaluation of credit reports
- Communicating progress of previous month’s disputing and plan for this month to client.

- Filing of complaints with regulatory authorities (As-Needed)

Our average client may use our services for between 3-8 months, depending on their long-term goals. Everyone's situation is different and we cannot control if the credit bureaus request more supporting documents. Credit reports change each month, therefore this is a month-to-month process and can easily take several attempts to work on specific items. It takes 30-45 days, just for the credit bureaus to process and respond to our work.

Do I Need Credit Monitoring If I Already Have Credit Karma or the Experian App?
Credit Karma nor the Experian app can import data from all three credit bureaus into our system, therefore we cannot use these applications.
We require clients to enroll in Credit Hero Score simply because it interfaces directly into our business systems, has proven to be highly accurate, and is affordable with plans starting at $19.99 per month.

You'll only need basic personal information and a copy of your driver's license or state ID , along with a document to prove your residency ( utility bill, card statement, etc. ). You will be required to review and electronically sign our client agreement which outlines our pricing and provides us with authorization to perform disputes on your behalf.

How Will I Receive Progress Reports?
Once enrolled as a client, you will have access to your own on-line client portal. Every 30 days, your online portal will show your newest scores and updated account details. You will also receive emails on any new work we're processing. In addition, the credit bureaus will also mail you updates.

Unfortunately, we are prevented from performing phone or video consultations by the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) prior to clients signing up for our service.
